1. General Right of Withdrawal Provisions
Under German consumer protection law, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts according to § 312g BGB. This right of withdrawal applies to all our services unless expressly excluded.
2. eSIM Services – Special Regulations
2.1 Withdrawal Before Activation
For eSIM products, the 14-day right of withdrawal exists only until first activation or use of the eSIM according to § 356 para. 5 BGB in conjunction with § 356 para. 2 no. 2 BGB.
2.2 Expiration of Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires completely upon:
- First activation of the eSIM
- First scanning of the QR code
- First data usage
2.3 Exceptions for Technical Problems
A refund may only be granted in the following cases after activation:
- Technical defects on our part that make usage impossible
- Proven incompatibility with the device despite correct specifications
- Serious network problems from our provider
3. Hosting Services
3.1 Right of Withdrawal
For hosting services, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies. In case of early use with express consent, the right of withdrawal expires according to § 356 para. 5 BGB.
3.2 Proportional Refund
For justified cancellations during the contract term, there is no proportional refund for services already provided.
4. SEO Services
4.1 Withdrawal for Consulting Services
For SEO consulting services, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies until the beginning of service provision with your express consent.
4.2 Services Already Provided
For SEO work already completed, there is no entitlement to refund after service provision.
5. IT Consulting Services
For IT consulting services, the same provisions apply as for SEO services (see point 4).
6. Refund Process
6.1 Application
Refund requests must be made in writing:
- Email: graham@rsp-home
- Subject: “Refund Request – [Order Number]”
- Stating order number and reason
6.2 Processing Time
- Processing within 14 business days
- Refund to original payment method
- For valid claims: Refund within 14 days after confirmation
6.3 Required Evidence
Depending on the service, the following evidence may be required:
- Screenshots of error messages
- Device information for eSIM problems
- Proof of non-provided service
7. Refund Exclusions
No refund will be provided for:
- Digital content already used (eSIM after activation)
- Customer-specific created services
- Services after complete provision with customer consent
- Misuse or violations of our terms of use
- Customer cancellation without justified reason after service provision
8. Statutory Warranty
This refund policy does not affect your statutory warranty rights under §§ 434 ff. BGB for defective services.
9. International Services
For services provided outside Germany, local regulations additionally apply. German law applies supplementarily.
